Back Acne Help And Advice
Back Acne
A great relief for my back acne
I recently tried a great new product that I came across purely by chance whilst hanging out in an acne related forum.
Some guys were raving about this book and me being me wanted to find out if they were full of it or not. Whilst I wouldn’t say it was the #1 treatment out there right now, it sure did give me some relief and surprisingly quickly compared to other methods that I’d been using in the past. The other thing I liked about it was the fact that all the ingredients used are natural.

Back Acne
Back acne can be severe and some of the most painful acne. It can be distressing and cause itching. Back acne is prevalent and harder to treat than facial acne. It can show up in many forms, such as blackheads, pimples or zits, pustules, or even the most severe form of acne, cysts or cystic acne. Indeed, back acne does not only cause skin irritation but also causes a decrease in a person’s self worth, which can lead to depression. Back acne breakouts are prevalent and harder to treat than facial acne. As with acne located anywhere else on a person’s body, back acne has many of the same root causes. Like other forms of acne it is caused by hormones acting on the overactive, sebaceous oil producing glands in the skin producing too much sebum or oil. It isn’t thought to be caused by heredity and genetic disposition except in severe conditions. It isn’t usually that troublesome but should be cured as early as possible because if it is left untreated it may turn into pustules and sometimes even to boils or abscess. Bad back acne can also leave scarring and blemishes. It is not a life threatening disease, but without treatment acne can disfigure, scar, and seriously disrupt the life of the sufferer.
The skin on the back is also much thicker than that on the face, sometimes making effective acne treatment more challenging, although treatment for back acne is only slightly different from treating acne on the face or other parts of the body. Some tips to help with irritation from back acne and the likes are:
Wear loose clothing, especially in the summer when you are more likely to get sweaty and hot.
There are certain fabrics that may irritate acne. Sometimes however, it’s not the fabric but the tightness of the clothing that may cause and irritate back acne. Tight-fitting clothing and clothing made from fabrics that don’t let the skin breathe are two of the main instigators of back acne. Another problem can be that the constant friction from this type of clothing can make it worse and may cause lesions to erupt and pus to ooze out.
Ladies, whenever possible, use a hand bag instead of a purse which may have irritating straps, also avoid backpacks.
Use a very mild laundry detergent on your clothing as strong detergents can aggravate skin conditions of this kind, non biological varieties are best.
Ladies, I’m sure you know what it’s like to want to buy that “perfect” dress for a special ocassion like a prom, wedding or birthday party but you can’t wear the one you want because they all show too much of your back(and your acne) .And guys, I know you’ve felt embarrassed when you’ve gone to the pool or the beach and had people look at you in disgust as if you had some kind of contagious disease.
I had severe acne my entire life, and I tried all the other back acne treatments like Proactiv to over the counter scrubs, exfoliants, soaps with benzoyl peroxide, microdermabrasion creams, toners and serums to stronger prescription drugs such as Roaccutane. The trouble with something as strong as these drugs is that in order to get effective long term results and clear skin you need to take the product LONG TERM. I don’t mean a few weeks or months but literally for several years. Not only is this really not good for other parts of your body but the financial obligation can be crippling over that amount of time .Sure you can buy cheaper generic acne medications from various online retailers but do you really know what your getting when you are taking these drugs, as they sure haven’t been passed by anyone as stringent as the FDA, so you take them at your own risk. Also having done this myself in the past you also stand the risk of losing your drugs to customs as some countries have importation restrictions on drugs being brought in from other countries.
However, you don’t need to spend vast amounts of time applying elaborate treatments in order to fix your acne problem because today I will teach you about the top three treatments available on the market right now. Believe it or not, not all the treatments are over the counter drugs etc that you might have expected, some are self help ebooks that tell you exactly what to do to clear up your acne for good.
