Adult Acne Got You Down? Discover Why You’re Still Dealing With Breakouts Past Your Teens

We all know that when it comes to acne, it’s just a teenager thing and it’s something we’ll naturally grow out . But why are more and more adults dealing with acne? Why are people that never had acne growing up suddenly developing it when they’re well out of the normal age range to get it.

If you’re one of those out of luck people that have adult acne, then you’re probably chomping at the bit trying to discover some real ways to get of your acne fast and be done with it once and for all. I know I was! I had acne for nearly 10 years of my life, well into my adult years, and I couldn’t find any ways to get of it, no matter what I did.

But I eventually discovered something. I learned that acne doesn’t have a single thing to do with our skin!

You see, problems within our bodies cause all of the reactions on our skin. For instance, did you know that to much insulin in your blood stream will cause your skin cells to dry up and die off faster than they should as well as cause your sebum glands to produce to much oil on your skin?

Or what about dairy? Did you know that dairy has insulin-like growth factor (IGF) in it that further causes more dead skin and oil to be let loose upon your pores, leading to inevitable ?

It all really makes sense when you begin to think about. Thousands of people see no results when using the typical creams and gels on their skin because they’re not treating the real problems. They’re only trying to deal with the symptoms!

The only way to get rid of acne forever, be it adult acne, teenager acne, cystic acne or whatever you have is to take care of the real problems inside.

Summer Acne Breakouts – 4 Tips on How to Prevent Summer Acne

So it got pretty hot this past Wednesday where I was at.

92 ? F, to be exact.

It’s probably not as hot as where some of you might be experiencing, but I remember when I used to have acne, anything over warm was considered too hot.

But I think the most frustrating thing about the heat, when I used to have acne, is the fact that it really seemed to irritate my acne.

So here are some 4 quick tips on what you can do during the heat to prevent acne.

1.) Stay out of the heat

Obvious as this one is. If it’s going to make you feel uncomfortable, turn on the air conditioning! Find out how much it costs for you to use the air conditioning a few hours a day during the peak times of heat and turn on that cooling system. If you can afford it of course, you should use it. In the long run, in my opinion, it’s really not worth anymore frustration and stress dealing with the uncomfortable anxiety of feeling sticky AND having acne.

I don’t know about you guys, but when I used to break out, I subconsciously felt the need to feel extra clean, so when I felt dirty and stick, it just made me feel even more “dirty.” I don’t know, that’s the only word that I can think of at the moment because that’s exactly the word I used to use when I looked out myself in the mirror when I was sticky and sweaty.

On top of that, I feel the need to mention this one (turning on a cooling system) because I grew up in an Asian household where we didn’t use the A/C much, we just endured it or turned on the ceiling fan. It helped a bit, but not much when the room is on fire. Today, I just turn on the A/C, close all the vents in the rest of the rooms and just enjoy it on low in my own room for a bit.

If you don’t have central air conditioning, consider getting a portable air conditioning unit that utilizes water vapor for cooling. Basically, you put water inside, ice cubes, whatever you want that’s cool and the evaporated cool air is forced out by a fan system. Real simple and much less expensive than running central air conditioning in your home for long periods at a time.

2.) Don’t wash your face but wash your face

What do I mean by this.

You want to make sure your face is clean but don’t wash your face to the point where it’s irritated. To do this, if I feel my face is dirty or sticky, I usually just go to the sink or bathroom and rinse my face and neck with cold water to wash off any excess oil, sweat, or dirt that may be on my face. I pat my face dry with a clean towel and that’s it!

The reason why I don’t use more facial soap is because the constant washing of my face will actually cause my body to adjust and produce even more oil! That would counterproductive.

The point here is that you want to make sure you’re refreshed without pushing your body over the limit and negating any efforts you did before.

3.) Drink something cool

So you don’t want to do air conditioning from the outside? Then do it from the inside of your body by drinking something ice cold. It’ll help a bit.

The point is that you want to keep your body cool. If you’re walking around outside, there’s no way you can reap the benefits of an air conditioning system right? That’s fine, then drink something cold and your body will feel cooler.

The reason I’m saying this is because if you’re body is cool then you’re not sweating as much. If you’re not sweating as much then you’re more likely not to be panicking about how sweaty, sticky, and disgusting you feel. The less you feel disgusting, the less you’ll be creating worry about your acne. The less worry you have about your acne , the less inflammation and breaking out will happen to you.

4.) Be okay with being sweaty and sticky

Here we’re going to get a little bit psychological. This isn’t something that you can do physically, it’s more something to work on in your mind. If you can become okay with feeling dirty and sticky, you’ll feel less self conscious and have less anxiety when you’re sweaty from the summer heat. The lower your anxiety is about feeling gross from all the heat, the less likely you’ll break out from acne.

Because if you don’t know about it already, panic, stress, and excessive worry about your acne does eventually lead to more acne. It’s an endless cycle and you don’t want to get trapped in the acne worry cycle.

You have to realize that being sweaty and sticky doesn’t cause acne. So when you’re sweaty and sticky from the summer heat and the sun, that is not the cause of your acne. It’s what’s on the inside that’s causing your acne. So it’s okay to sweat from the heat and feel sticky. In the bigger picture of things, avoiding getting hot won’t make too much of a different with your break outs.

It’s really more about your diet and how you take care of your body as a whole than just about how to avoid the sun and not sweat. Of course, I’m not saying therefore it’s okay to hang out in the sun for hours at a time because you can really end up damaging your skin and get skin cancer Melanoma, but you get my point.

IMPORTANT EXAMPLE

Just remember this:

Person A : Has acne, is sweaty and sticky from the heat during the summer.

Person B: Does not have acne, is sweaty and sticky from the heat during the summer.

Person C: Has acne, is not sweaty and sticky from the heat during the summer.

Person D: Does not have acne, is not sweaty and sticky from the heat during the summer.

Either way, Person A and Person C both are going to continue to break out whether they are sweaty and sticky from the heat during the summer. Person B and D are not going to break out regardless if they are in the summer, winter, spring, or fall. So I hope this example helps you understand that the factor here is whether or not they HAVE acne, not whether or not they are in the summer.

BEING SWEATY CAN AGGRAVATE ACNE

If you’re sweaty and worrying, you can end up aggravating your acne to though. This is because you’ll end up irritating your skin which is hypersensitive right now due to all the bacteria and inflammation going on inside and outside your body.

But it’s not just the sweat that can irritate and aggravating your acne, it’s also dirt, it’s excessive touching, excessive cleaning, excessive just about anything can lead to more acne out the outside WHEN YOU HAVE IT on the INSIDE.

So it’s important to tackle the problem from the inside and cure your acne from the inside.

WHAT’S THE POINT OF THIS WHOLE THING?

So what really makes a difference is the fact that Person B and Person D are clear from the INSIDE.

How is this done?

How can you from Person A and C to Person B and D?

Luckily, I have just the solution for you. It’s , it’s organic, and it all starts with what you put into your body…

Back Acne Help And Advice

Back Acne

A great relief for my back acne

I recently tried a great new product that I came across purely by chance whilst hanging out in an acne related forum.

Some guys were raving about this book and me being me wanted to find out if they were full it or not. Whilst I wouldn’t say it was the #1 treatment out there right now, it sure did give me some relief and surprisingly quickly compared to other methods that I’d been using in the past. The other thing I liked about it was the fact that all the  ingredients used are natural.

Back Acne

Back acne can be severe and some of the most painful acne. It can be distressing and cause itching. Back acne is prevalent and harder to treat than facial acne. It can show up in many forms, such as , or zits, pustules, or even the most severe form of acne, cysts or cystic acne. Indeed, back acne does not only cause irritation but also causes a decrease in a person’s self worth, which can lead to depression. Back acne breakouts are prevalent and harder to treat than facial acne. As with acne located anywhere else on a person’s body, back acne has many of the same root causes. Like other forms of acne it is caused by hormones acting on the overactive, sebaceous oil producing glands in the producing too much sebum or oil. It isn’t thought to be caused by heredity and genetic disposition except in severe conditions. It isn’t usually that troublesome but should be cured as early as possible because if it is left untreated it may turn into pustules and sometimes even to boils or abscess. Bad back acne can also leave scarring and blemishes. It is not a life threatening disease, but without treatment acne can disfigure, scar, and seriously disrupt the life of the sufferer.

The skin on the back is also much thicker than that on the face, sometimes making effective acne treatment more challenging, although treatment for back acne is only slightly different from treating acne on the face or other parts of the body. Some tips to help with irritation from back acne and the likes are:

Wear loose clothing, especially in the summer when you are more likely to get sweaty and hot.

There are certain fabrics that may irritate acne. Sometimes however, it’s not the fabric but the tightness of the clothing that may cause and irritate back acne. Tight-fitting clothing and clothing made from fabrics that don’t let the skin breathe are two of the main instigators of back acne. Another problem can be that the constant friction from this type of clothing can make it worse and may cause lesions to erupt and pus to ooze out.

Ladies, whenever possible, use a hand bag instead of a purse which may have irritating straps, also avoid backpacks.

Use a very mild laundry detergent on your clothing as strong detergents can aggravate skin conditions of this kind, non biological varieties are best.

Ladies, I’m sure you know what it’s like to want to buy that “perfect” dress for a special ocassion like a prom, wedding or birthday party but you can’t wear the one you want because they all show too much of your back(and your acne) .And guys, I know you’ve felt embarrassed when you’ve gone to the pool or the beach and had people look at you in disgust as if you had some kind of contagious disease.

I had severe acne my entire life, and I tried all the other back acne treatments like Proactiv to over the counter scrubs, exfoliants, soaps with benzoyl peroxide, microdermabrasion creams, toners and serums to stronger prescription drugs such as Roaccutane. The trouble with something as strong as these drugs is that in order to get effective long term results and clear skin you need to take the product LONG TERM. I don’t mean a few weeks or months but literally for several years. Not only is this really not good for other parts of your body but the financial obligation can be crippling over that amount of time .Sure you can buy cheaper generic acne medications from various online retailers but do you really know what your getting when you are taking these drugs, as they sure haven’t been passed by anyone as stringent as the FDA, so you take them at your own risk. Also having done this myself in the past you also stand the risk of losing your drugs to customs as some countries have importation restrictions on drugs being brought in from other countries.

However, you don’t need to spend vast amounts of time applying elaborate treatments in order to fix your acne problem because today I will teach you about the top three treatments available on the market right now. Believe it or not, not all the treatments are over the counter drugs etc that you might have expected, some are self help ebooks that tell you exactly what to do to clear up your acne for good.
